The stage:

Here is Kamloops ,BC. Today is November 15,2016,  at the 9:55pm, after I finished my homework from the school library, the temperature dropped to negative and I was walking to the bus stop. Outside was so clod, I check the temperature in my phone was about (-2C˚) .The bus was late about 5 mins, and I was get into the No.9 bus. Only a few people on the bus, a young man was talking to the bus driver, and a middle aged woman sitting in the front door.  And there are a couple sitting in the end of the bus, so I choose seat behind them on the same line. The ambiance was warm and sweet, and I can smell the smoke flavor in the bus. Also, the lighting of the bus was sable. Sounds people was talking lower with each other. So I decided observe those young couple. The girl was sitting behind the widow and they look like very close and sweet, the boy taken girl’s hand and kiss her face. That’s why I know they were couple or not brother and sister. Before the observation I put my earphone on, just look like listen the music.

2 main Character (Bill and Kelly is fake name)

boy: Bill

girl: Kelly

Bill(boy) isn’t fat and he isn’t thin. His build is average and his face is long and narrow, and his hair is light brown. He doesn’t look very Chinese (because he speaks Chinese with Kelly), but he was more like Korean. He wears black boots and black jacket, also his “Burberry” scarf was very conspicuous around his neck. Also, Kelly(girl) was a slim girl and her hair is jet-black and curly. Her sounds were over diaistic and very strong. She has a heavy make-up and her clothing style more like a Korean girl. She wears an oversize long coat and legging, they both are very fashionable.

The Plot- Analysis

I seating behind them but the heavy smoke flavor around me, so that I was thought they may have finished their dinner before getting on the bus. But I hear the conversation from them and I change my mind. It is shown other different phenomenon form this couple. They talk a lot and doesn’t play with their cellphone, that I can know they were amorous couples.

Around 5 mins, the young man get off the bus. The bus was a little bit quite.

While, they are talking about the restaurant that they are both working there. Kelly said: “Did you remember a Chinese fat man? He was dating with different girl  from last time he comes.” Bill answered: “Don’t you know? That Chinese guy always dating different girls from our restaurant…” Kelly looks like very surprised and she keep the conversation followed by. They talk about the wage in the restaurant, sounds like very busy today. Bill: “Today was so tired and why people eat a lot at the night? But the tips are better than other days, how about you?” Kelly: “I’m not busy tonight because my friends help me a lots, and I also got a good tips!” She was happy that I can feel form her particle. Compare to Bill, Kelly happier for today’s work. Kelly: “But I can only be working two days a week because it is too tired for work too much…” Bill smile and he touching Kelly’s shoulder, said: “That’s ok, don’t worry about it, you don’t need to work if you want.” Kelly sounds ignore this sentence and said: “last time I did my birthday party in the work place and the chief give me order double meat in the dish. I was so surprised and I think the chief was very kindly because I just worked at the restaurant third time.” From this conversation that I can know the information is Bill and Kelly just together a few weeks and they have rich family life. Also, they don’t worry about the daily wealth and the work payment, maybe they can buy something expensive stuff. Next, Kelly: “I want to earn 1000 dollars and we can travel to Europe!” When she said this, I can feel a vision of the future, the girl was happiness from her face. Bill said: “Good idea! We can go travel this Christmas and I find an active from there called ‘switch up Christmas light’, it was very popular in Europe!” Kelly said: “Perfect! Let me think about it, we need to start the VISA this week and also we need to take the admission certificate from school…” Bill looks like agree her idea and he said: “Dear, we need to plan the Christmas right now! You know what? I get many email and they all English, that’s so different from China…” From this conversation I think this boy is a new student from China because he was so inquisitive to the new environment, anything is different. After the conversation, two Chinese students get on the bus, the young couple stop talking and seems like afraid this two guys can understand their conversation in the bus. while, maybe you will strange that why they don’t worry about me, because I was using the earphone and playing the phone behind them. They may think I cannot hear the conversation clearly. At last, I arrived my stop, then I get off the bus. The time was 10:23pm.

The finale

From this observation, I think this is very interesting work because observation is not that easy. Also, I need remember the detail of the strangers and more critical think about them, their emotion, outfit, conversation and so on. Moreover, this sweet couple all have a rich family and they are fall in love with each other very much. And they very care about other person’s judgement. In addition, this scene makes me remember the first time I come Canada, my friend was around me but now, there are not here. Nobody can always company with you in the future, so cherish the present one, that I learned in life to another perception. Anyway, this is my observation of the sociology class, hope you guys love it!
