October 2016 @ 12:53 – 1:14pm

Cloudy afternoon.

The Stage

Performed in Kamloops, B.C

The surrounding was very quiet, didn’t have any sort of scent in the air. Lighting was dim, but there was sun flowing in through the windows.

I felt unsure and wary of observing strangers and people in general, but I was also fascinated on how people act.

The Players

12 Extras, 2 Main characters (A, B)

Player A:

Caucasian Male

Approximately 17 years’ old

Player B:

Caucasian Female

Approximately 18 years’ old

Plot

Player A sits with his back straight and is talking to Player B. Player A seems to be feminine, and out going, which leads me to believe that he is bi-sexual or homosexual. The conversation Player A was having with Player B was about make up brands, Player B didn’t have no interest in the conversation. Player B looks like she keeps things to herself, very quiet, I am unsure of what her sexuality is, she is very hard to read. Player B looks and acts afar from being feminine. The pair looks like they could either be good friends or brother and sister. Their body language is very comfortable and familiar with each other. Player A’s occupation could be a host at a restaurant with his bubbly personality. Player B’s occupation could be in retail at a clothing store.

Finale

In October, I observed two individuals in a public place and analyzed them based on their behavior. I wrote down as much information as I can about each person. I listened to conversations and observed their body language. My first observation experience was difficult at first. I didn’t know what to write down about the people that I was observing because I didn’t know them. Overall, the assignment was very eye opening and from this observation I can read people based on their behavior and actions more accurately.
